Chargeback Policy: By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor. In the event a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

• Payment processor holds, delays, disputes, declines, or chargebacks
• Technical issues or outages outside of our control

• Girl Millions Consulting LLC does not control third-party platforms or their decisions

Hold Harmless: You agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Girl Millions Consulting LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your participation in training, webinars, or events
• Your use of provided materials
• Your business activities
• Your violation of third-party platform rules or policies
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any claim brought by a third party related to your actions

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Wyoming.
